Analytics Cookies
With your consent, we record your account ID and name (or email if no name is available), tools opened, task steps, timestamps, success and error categories, and optional ease feedback. Our admin team uses this to improve the tools. This is account-linked, not anonymous. The activity report does not capture assessment answers, customer details, financial amounts, keystrokes or session video. Any feedback text you choose to send is included; please leave out private or customer details.
