If you allow usage feedback, our admin team can see your account ID and name (or email), tools opened, steps reached, timestamps, success and error categories, and optional ease responses and comments. Activity reporting excludes assessment answers, customer details and financial amounts. We use this to identify where the tools need improvement. You can withdraw consent for future reporting through the Cookie Policy page, or contact us to request deletion of recorded activity.

We use essential cookies to operate the service and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how it is used. For full details, please see our Cookie Policy.

Help us make Business MOT easier?

Essential storage keeps the tools working. If you allow usage feedback, our admin team can see your account name, tools opened, steps reached, errors and any ease feedback you send. We do not record your answers, customer details or amounts in this activity report.

Details and change your choice. You can use every tool without sharing activity.
